+ Reservation for Ferry & the Novotels Reims must be booked direct.by you. In the case of Novotel you must quote the reference "Dettaglio" in order to obtain one of rooms reserved for the event.

IMPORTANT
All reservations should be made by the 30th April in order to obtain the places reserved using the booking form.
No guarantee can be made for places at these hotels for reservations made after 30th April.

Terms & Conditions

1. All bookings are made subject to the standard terms and conditions from time to time of Madrid & Beyond and each hotel supplier.
2. No warranties or representations are made by Dettaglio or Madrid & Beyond regarding the suitability of any hotel or the facilities and amenities offered by each of them.
3. Prices are based on 2 people sharing a double room and were correct as at 14 April.
4. Prices are not guaranteed beyond the deadline for booking which is 30 April 2004.
5. The person who signs and dates this booking form:
(i) confirms that the credit card details provided are true and accurate and that they are the card holder and
(ii) expressly authorises Dettaglio to communicate their credit card details (as set out in this booking form) to the hotel providers (including Madrid & Beyond)
(iii) understands and agrees that Dettaglio will not be liable for any losses suffered by them resulting from Dettaglio communicating their credit card details to the hotel providers (including Madrid & Beyond) unless such loss arises directly from the negligence of Dettaglio.
6. Dettaglio is only acting as agent and any contract of supply is between the card holder and the hotel provider and consequently any booking is subject to the hotel's standard terms and conditions including any policies of cancellation.
7. Each card holder authorises Dettaglio to authorise on their behalf each hotel supplier to debit their card with an amount equal to a deposit of 25% of the maximum cost of their stay.
